We accept returns for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY (less actual shipping and handling costs incurred by SKNHCERC) under the following terms:
1. Products must be returned with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase date in new, unused condition, free of dirt and wear marks, accompanied by all packaging, brochures, inserts or free gifts that were included with the product. It is your responsibility to evaluate the fit of your new product in such a manner that you can return it in new condition if you have doubts about the fit.
2. All returns must be authorized in advance and assigned a Returned Merchant Authorization (RMA) number by SKNHCERC. Send us an email at sales@navicular-founder-rehab.com to request an RMA number. When an RMA number is assigned, you will be provided with an address to ship the return to. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping package and the shipment must be sent to the address provided or the package will be refused.
3. Any returns prompted by product failure may fall under the product warranty offered by EasyCare, Inc. and must be sent directly to EasyCare under the terms of their warranty.
